- Use RR Wheel in Chrome or Microsoft Edge with your own authorized Recognized Reviewer access.
- Open the RR Wheel app and sign in for account-based ledger and FMV tools.
- Capture your Recognized Reviewer records. Complete “Fix claim dates & prices” and check the dates and values in your ledger.
- For optional Vine accounting, import your official itemized report in the app and review the resulting records.
Store download links will be added when the Version 2 listings are live. The Apple Version 2 release will follow the Chrome and Microsoft Edge release.

Questions along the way
What should I include in a support email?
Your browser, the RR Wheel version, what you were trying to do, and the message you saw. If you include a screenshot, cover email addresses, order numbers, and other personal details. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or medical records.
Does Discovery work with Vine?
Discovery and saved searches are for Recognized Reviewer. The optional Vine add-on supports report imports, ledger records, and FMV documentation.
What if an order date or value looks wrong?
Check the source order details, complete the “Fix claim dates & prices” step, and review your ledger. You can edit order dates and document an FMV adjustment. Contact support if a capture or import still looks incorrect.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Use the Billing page in the web app, or email admin@marketplacewheel.com. Cancelling a subscription is separate from deleting an account. See the EULA & Terms.
How do I request account deletion?
Email admin@marketplacewheel.com from your account email address with the subject “Account deletion request.” Export any records you wish to keep first. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.
Can RR Wheel tell me which tax value to use?
RR Wheel helps organize records and document assessments. A qualified tax professional can advise you about the treatment of your records.
